After reading through energy source blogs and other research that has been completed, it has become more apparent that nuclear energy is a very probable solution to the emission issues that we have. Many people are worried about the dangers of a nuclear power plants, but if they are put in the correct locations and with the technology that is at their disposal, there are very little dangers with a nuclear power plant. Nuclear power plant produce absolutely no greenhouse gases which could help our nation fix many emission issues that we have produced. Many people say that solar and wind energy are better ways to go but the biggest difference is the land usage per kWh. Where wind and solar take up a lot of land per kWh, solar energy land usage is negligible when compared to wind and solar. With all that was considered when making the table it is clear that solar energy can be a fix to emission problems. Also, the worries of the dangers of nuclear power plants need to be studied instead of just denying this solution. The following is a link to the the excel spreadsheet with all the data.
