Kuwait is a country with one prominent resource that being petroleum. Other than petroleum Kuwait is a very limited land with very little resources and vast desert space. But, the most important resource may be being over looked, and that is the sun. With such vast barren desert space Kuwait has a great and sustainable source of renewable energy in that of its space to collect strong energy from the sun. As discussed in previous entries, The population of Kuwait consumes a very small piece of the land area of Kuwait.

As you can see in figure 2 that Kuwait has on average per person per day an energy consumption of nearly 350 kWh. With the solution of practical PV farming alone shown in figure 1, PV Farming can attest to nearly 10 times that daily consumption. While it is understood that PV farming the entire desert land area of Kuwait may be a little extreme, smaller portions or closer to 1/10th of the land area may be more than enough to supply for a possible renewable country in Kuwait.
